Armenian Red Cross Society initiates fundraising to support affected people in Nepal

On 25 April, 2015 Nepal Earthquake struck the World. Number of organizations immediately suggested their support, providing human, finance and technical resources.
The International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement became the part of the process as well and announced Emergency Appeal seeking a total 33,4 m CHF, to enable the IFRC to support the
Nepal Red Cross Society (NRC) to deliver assistance and support to a total of 75,000 people (15,000 households) over a total timeframe of 18 months, with a focus on emergency health and care, emergency shelter and settlements (including basic household items), livelihoods, restoring family links (RFL), safe and dignified burials, National Society institutional preparedness and capacity development, community preparedness and risk reduction.
After devastating Spitak Earthquake in 1988, The International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement was on the frontline to respond the disaster and provide coordinated humanitarian aid.

Armenian Red Cross Society cannot stay indifferent to the tragedy in Nepal and joins the International Movement to support those affected by the disaster. To implement the process YOUR INPUT is desired.
We apply to you to respond our appeal and make donation to support the people of Nepal.
